1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Teleo at https://teleomsg.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Teleo provides Telegram account management, group discovery, campaign automation, and delivery analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with optional free trial access.

3. User accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and Telegram sessions. You must provide accurate registration information and comply with Telegram's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through your campaigns.

4. Prohibited uses

• Spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging that violates applicable law
• Illegal content, fraud, phishing, or malware distribution
• Ban evasion or circumventing Telegram platform restrictions
• Sharing account access with unauthorized third parties
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or abusing the Service infrastructure

5. Payment terms and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Prices are listed on our pricing page. Refunds are not issued after a campaign has started or message delivery has begun. Cancel anytime from billing settings — access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Teleo is not liable for Telegram account restrictions, bans, message delivery failures, or damages arising from third-party platform actions. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
