What data we collect
- Account email address and password (hashed)
- Telegram session data — encrypted at rest with AES-256
- Campaign configuration, group lists, and message content
- Usage logs and delivery analytics
- Payment information processed by Stripe or NOWPayments (we do not store card numbers)
How we use data
Data is used solely to deliver and improve the Service — running campaigns, providing analytics, sending transactional emails, and processing payments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data storage and security
Telegram sessions are encrypted with AES-256 at rest. Infrastructure runs on EU-based servers with access controls, encrypted connections (TLS), and regular security updates. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may export or delete your account data at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law. Contact us to exercise additional GDPR rights.

We use session cookies for authentication and locale preferences only. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
